As well as this help system, you can also make full use of balloon help. Simply select "Show Balloons" from the help menu, and move the cursor over the object that you would like to know more about. The help menu is located to the far right side of the menu bar and looks like a small balloon with a question mark in it.
When you are done using balloon help, select "Hide Balloons" from the help menu.
Balloon help is available for all of the menu items, windows, and dialogs in this application.
